March Project 365

This month is all about playing with my new Canon 50mm prime lens.  It's main feature is a very large aperture (f/1.8) capability for fine depth of field shots.  It is also great for capturing action shots in low light (paddling in a gorge and indoor climbing), is cheap and super light weight for throwing in an rucksack.

Here we go.

Project365 - February

After a good start to the project I have decided to have a go at photo editing this month. I'll play with different programs and techniques to figure out what they are all about, in a bid to get the shots looking a little bit better.

Project365 - January

After returning from Borneo, I haven't really used my new DSLR that much. This is a project to get me twiddeling dials and pressing buttons in a bid to eventually take better snaps.
